REP. MEETING REMINDER

Gentleman: Just a friendly reminder of our next meeting scheduled for Tuesday April 10^th at 7:00pm at Sabina's Pub.  At this time ALL TEAM FEES ARE DUE IN FULL (cheques are preferable) and all roster sheets must be handed in as well.  Please note the roster sheets MUST include full name, address and phone number.

Also, if your team is interested in playing the opening weekend tournament a deposit will be required.

REP. MEETING NOTICE

Regarding the league meeting on Tuesday March 6^th, IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT ALL TEAM REPS ATTEND. We are at the point where, we as a league cannot hold spots for teams who refuse to show up to these meetings. Once again, we have received numerous requests for new teams wanting to join the league, which is unfair to them if we hold a spot for a team we aren’t sure is returning. Also, from a scheduling perspective we need to know so that we can get the complete schedule out to you at the April meeting.

Gentleman: Just a friendly reminder about our first league meeting tomorrow night (Tuesday Jan. 30^th) at Sabina's Pub.  A $200 deposit is required to hold your spot for the upcoming season.

IMPORTANT MEETING FOR THE 2018 SEASON

Gentleman: Our first meeting of the year will be held on Tuesday January 30^th starting at 7:00pm at Sabina's Pub, which is located at 1755 Pickering Parkway - HWY 401 & Brock Rd plaza - right accross from the Amish Furniture store.

Also, It is imperative that all team reps show up with a $200 deposit to confirm your spot. Recently, we have had a lot of teams not show up to these meetings, so therefore any teams that do not show up will be fined.  It is not only unfair to existing teams but to the new teams that have shown interest in joining our league.  If you know for sure that your team will not be returning, please let me know ASAP so we can get in touch with the new teams.
