Jan 22 Meeting Summary

Gentleman: Thanks to all team reps who showed up for the meeting. We should know within the next week or so the alignment of the new divisions. They will be posted when finanalized.

Here is a brief synopsis of the meeting:

Games will be the same length as last year. The only change is that the double headers will be against the same team. This will definitely save time as teams wont have to switch diamonds. Also, please have the lineup for the 2nd game completed before the game, as this will also save time.
Maximum runs per inning remains at 7. Open inning at 60 minutes. Umpire to call last inning.
There is a new home run rule only for diamond 3. It is match plus 2. The 3rd home run is an out.
Courtesy runners increased to 5
If you are short players you can use player(s) from any team to make 10. You can also be on 2 rosters, but one has to be on the Sunday League.
There will be 2 umpires for all semi and championship playoff games.
Sunday league only has to decide if they want to play single games or switch to doubleheaders. The vote for this possible change will take place at the next meeting.

The next meeting is scheduled for Tuesday March 5th at 7:30pm at Sabina's Pub. ALL TEAM FEES ARE DUE IN FULL AT THIS TIME.

Team Rep Meeting for 2019 Season

IMPORTANT MEETING FOR THE 2019 SEASON

Gentleman: Our first meeting of the year will be held on Tuesday January 22^nd starting at 7:00pm at Sabina's Pub, which is located at 1755 Pickering Parkway - HWY 401 & Brock Rd plaza - right accross from the Amish Furniture store.

Also, It is imperative that all team reps show up with a $200 deposit to confirm your spot. Recently, we have had a lot of teams not show up to these meetings, so therefore any teams that do not show up will be fined. It is not only unfair to existing teams but to the new teams that have shown interest in joining our league. If you know for sure that your team will not be returning, please let me know ASAP so we can get in touch with the new teams. Contact details can be found under the Executive Menu.

2018 Banquet Reminder

Hi Everyone,

This is a quick reminder to all that the year end banquet will be held tomorrow, Tuesday Oct 23, at Sabina's Pub starting at 6:30pm. Two (2) team reps are invited per team to attend. We hope all of you can make it out.

Year End Banquet

The year end banquet for team reps will be held at Sabina's Pub on Tuesday October 23, starting at 6:30pm. Each team is allowed 2 team reps to attend. A buffet dinner will be served.

Also, I would like to take this opportunity to thank each and everyone of you for another successful season! Outside of a few mixups with the town scheduling diamonds and the weather co-operating most of the time (except on Thursday’s it seemed) we had a very good year.

I would also like to express my thanks to Don Wylie (Umpire in Chief), all the umpires, Mike Sikorski our web master and members of the executive for again putting in countless hours all season long. Your time, hard work and dedication was greatly appreciated.

Congratulations go out to the following teams who won their respective divisions. Well Done!
